Adrienne Mandelberger MD FACOG MSCP
OB/GYN, Menopause Expert
"After years of treating patients within large corporate health systems, it became clear to me that the system was failing women—especially those in menopause. The gaps were undeniable: inadequate physician education, cultural dismissal of menopause, lack of research funding, and so much more. I knew I had to make a change.

That’s why I left the corporate world to create a solution. I founded Balanced Medical, a private medical practice focused on menopause care, where I practice medicine the way I believe it should be—patient-centered, compassionate, and fully informed. I also launched All Things Menopause™, an educational platform to reach women on a broader scale and, well, to try to change the world!

Our mission is simple: to help women feel better in their bodies through menopause. We’re working toward this goal through education, advocacy, and community support. We hope you’ll join us on this journey to improve the lives of women everywhere."
