whats it about?

With our All Things Menopause groups, you will get 1 hour each session of highly valuable research-backed health information direct from Dr. Mandelberger regarding the menopausal transition and beyond. We will discuss the normal changes of menopause, what health risks are associated with these changes, and what options there are to combat them. There will be a strong emphasis on specific lifestyle changes to make as well as an unbiased discussion of hormones, medications, and other therapeutic options.

After the lecture there will be 30 minutes for Q+A and general discussion and mutual support amongst the group. Groups will be the same each week so you can get to know women in your community who are going through similar changes. Ideal for women ages 40-60 but we welcome younger and older! Healthy drinks and snacks will be served.

Group alumni will have free access to the online course once it is launched

Of note: no doctor patient relationship is formed during groups. Groups are for educational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute medical care.
